How does the return work?

To return, please fill out the following form – return form . A member of staff will process your request as quickly as possible.

Please enclose the return form or a note with your data (name, address, order number) and the reason for return in the package.

When returning your products to us, please note the following:

  • You should obtain proof of postage and keep it until you receive the refund or replacement.
  • The returned products will be processed upon receipt within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays).
  • You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged in transit.
  • When returning electronic devices, they must be returned in the original packaging to avoid damage during transport
  • For goods that have to be sent back to us by a freight forwarder, the return shipping costs will not be covered.

What can be sent back?

You can return the goods received within 14 days by returning the goods.

You can return any unopened products that are not used and still in their original packaging to us. Please pack the returned products well so that they are not damaged during return.

Please also provide the exact reason (optional) for the return ( return form ) and the following data: name, address, order number.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as we receive your return properly and within the 14-day return period, you will get your money back. We can also create a purchase voucher if desired.

Depending on how you paid with us, you will receive:

  • If you pay in advance , a credit will be credited to your bank account. Please provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can carry out the transfer.
  • PayPal will credit your PayPal account.
  • With immediate transfer , a credit will be credited to your bank account. Please provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can carry out the transfer.
  • If you pay by credit card, a credit will be credited to your credit card.

The refund will be made within a few days. If you have any further questions, you can contact us at any time!

If you wish, we will also be happy to issue you a credit note.
